- Model's Prefer eye brow pencil to define & shape
- Liquid liner 4 lines on each side of the eye connected by short curve lines to make web effect
- Metallic blue Loreal eye shadow sweeping upwards
- Black Maybelline eye shadow around to deepen the metallic blue
- Silver Maybelline eye shadow beneath the eyebrows and under the eye for a more catching effect
- False diamonty lashes
- Dark purple lipstick + black eyeliner to refine

I saw a similar product at Priceline a while back but it was by another brand and had a ridiculous price tag. Then more recently I walked into Gloss & there it was Models Co Fibre Lash for $48. 

I know you're thinking that's still ridiculous for mascara! But when there are new innovations and ideas like this. I can't help but give it a try. What it is is a 3 step process that is suppose to make your lashes longer, thicker and luscious. A false lash look for everyday use. 

How it works is pretty simple:
Step 1: apply the mascara, making sure you cover your lashes base to tip (taller bottle)
Step 2: apply the tiny white fibre hairs to thicken & lengthen. They cling to the mascara that you just applied (shorter bottle)
Step 3: re-apply the black mascara to cover the hairs on your lashes. 

Voila! Luscious lashes with little to no effort. It's much more comfortable and light to wear compared to falsies or extensions. It lasts all day without you having to worry about your lashes hanging off your face. 

I'm still deciding whether it's worth forking out the $48. It's a little bit clumpy and doesn't separate your lashes like most mascaras. But what did you expect? you're rubbing fur onto your eyelashes. It's definitely better for value compared to those $100+ high end mascaras you get at Myer or DJs. Those are more for bragging rights than getting the dramatic results I'm looking for. 

All in all, I'm pretty happy with my new toy for everyday use. But I'll still turn to false lashes for the special occasions. 

There have been abundance of times where I've had buyers remorse & I've fallen out of the refund deadline window. The clothes or accessories are near new & some even still have the tags on them. But every time I look at them I'm either thinking "What was I thinking, it's just not me?!" or "I'm never going to have an occasion to wear this". Throwing them out or giving them away is just a painstaking waste, so it gets put in my closet, taking up space & collecting dusk. 

An email from Asos Marketplace has sparked an idea, I think I might have found a solution to my growing lack-of-closet-space problem. Sell them second had, there's clearly a market for it if Asos have opened up a hosting platform. I've pulled everything out I'm unable to use and ironed and hung them up in a presentable manner. A good friend has even offered to model the items of clothes and accessories for me! It's free to post & a fun summer project to keep me busy. Even if I make $2 from each sale after delivery costs, that's still better than it wasting away at the back of my closet or ending up in the charity bins. 

I was lucky enough to make some sales before they've even reached the online marketplace! Just by telling some friends my plans for the Summer! 

The saying is over used but absolutely true "one man's trash is another man's treasure".
